Can I modify or cancel my order?
We understand the importance of receiving your Corde Jewelry purchase promptly, so we process orders as quickly as possible. Due to this, we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, order cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
When will I be charged?
We process payments at the time of order to ensure a smooth and efficient fulfillment process. This allows us to prepare your items promptly and get your Corde Jewelry purchase to you as quickly as possible.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, your credit card information is secure. Our website is powered by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest standard for online payment security. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data, ensuring that sensitive information, such as credit card details, is transmitted securely and remains confidential."
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have a Corde Jewelry account, simply log in and select “My Orders” from the menu to find your order number. You can create an account anytime using the same email address used to place your order.
With every purchase, we send an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email to the provided email address. Be sure to check all inboxes, including junk or spam folders, as these emails may be filtered there. If you're still unable to locate your order, please contact info@cordejewelry.com
How does my Jewelry arrive?
At Corde Jewelry, we take pride in delivering your jewelry in elegant packaging. Each item is carefully placed in a protective pouch and then enclosed in a signature Corde box, ensuring your purchase arrives safely and beautifully presented.
What if I need additional gift boxes?
Each order includes one gift box. If you need additional boxes, please specify in the special instructions at checkout, and we will gladly accommodate your request.

What materials are used in your products?
At Corde Jewelry, we create unique, enduring pieces with premium materials. Our designs incorporate durable paracord, 18K gold-plated stainless steel for a luxurious, tarnish-resistant finish, 18K gold-plated brass for added malleability in design, and vibrant Czech glass beads for a distinctive touch.
How do I fasten and remove my bracelet?
Putting On Your Bracelet:
- Open it up – Gently slide the knots together to expand the bracelet. Each knot controls one of the two center cords.
- Adjust the size – Keep sliding the knots toward you until the opening is large enough to slip over your hand.
- Secure one cord – Place your pointer finger through one of the middle cords and use your thumb to push the knot away from you to tighten the fit.
- Tighten to fit – Each cord is responsible for a specific knot. If a cord isn’t moving, you’re likely pushing the wrong knot. Adjust until the bracelet fits snugly.
- Final adjustment – Once the bracelet is tight, take the other knot and slide it in the opposite direction until you find a comfortable fit.
Taking Off Your Bracelet:
- Expand the opening – Hold one cord securely with your finger while pulling the knot toward you to loosen the fit.
- Slide it off – Once the bracelet is loose enough, slip it over your hand and remove it easily.

- Tighten to fit – Each cord adjusts a specific knot. If a cord isn’t moving, you’re likely pulling the wrong knot. Adjust until the necklace sits comfortably.
- Final adjustment – Once the necklace is in place, slide the other knot in the opposite direction until you find a comfortable fit.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Storing Your Jewelry: When not wearing your Corde Jewelry, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and minimize exposure to air, which can cause tarnishing.
While Wearing Your Jewelry: To maintain the finish of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat, humidity, and cleaning agents, as these can cause discoloration.
How to Clean Your Jewelry: Gently clean with a soft cloth; avoid using polishing papers or abrasive materials, as they can wear away the gold layer. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh chemicals to preserve their integrity.

Will the colors of my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
Colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to variations in dye lots of cording, bead uniqueness, and lighting during photography. We do our best to accurately represent each piece, but slight differences may occur, making every Corde Jewelry piece truly one of a kind.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.

We offer FREE first class USPS shipping for all US orders $200+.

What should I do if my order is lost?
If your Corde Jewelry order appears lost, follow these steps:
- Check Tracking – Review the tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contact the Carrier – Use your tracking number to check for delays or issues.
- Contact Us – If the carrier can't locate your package, email us at info@cordejewelry.com with your order number and tracking details.
While we’ll do our best to assist, Corde Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged items after delivery is confirmed. To prevent issues, ensure your delivery address is secure and can receive packages safely.
International Shipping
We don’t offer international shipping yet, but we’re working on it and plan to add this option soon.
