Exchanges and Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that you may have a change of heart. Full-priced items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition—if any damage is detected, store credit will not be issued. Please email info@cordejewelry.com if you would like to exchange an item. 

All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged—but we’re confident you’ll love them!

If your product is faulty upon delivery, we offer an exchange within 7 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@cordejewelry.com with your order details, a photo and description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item and arrange for a replacement.
