All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.

We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all US orders $200+.

Order by Noon CST, processing begins that same day.

  • USPS Ground Advantage calculated at checkout 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail calculated at checkout 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express calculated at checkout (overnight to 1 business day)

 

What should I do if my order is lost?

If your Corde Jewelry order appears to be lost, please take the following steps:

  1. Check the Tracking Information: Review the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email to verify the current status of your package.
  2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to inquire about any delivery issues or delays.
  3. Contact Us: If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please email us at info@cordejewelry.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that while we strive to assist in locating lost packages, Corde Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed. To help prevent lost or stolen packages, please ensure your delivery address is secure and can safely receive parcels during the expected delivery window.
